Do You Have a Proper Customer Relationship Management System?

How are keeping track of all your prospects, past clients, sphere, referrals, all the people you want to do business with?

So that you’re making the right touch points at the right time…

So that you’re in the right place when they are ready to put their hand up and make a move?

Hi, Brandon Polsinello with RE/MAX…

When I started out we were running out of a system called AgentOffice - which some of you might know - still one of the best day-timer dashboards I’ve used.

Only problem was I think they stopped pushing updates in 2006 and I actually don’t know if its still around…

When our servers started crashing and we had to get out of Agent Office we bounced around for 12ish months trying out different system - from Top Producer, Big Purple Dot, Realvolve, Boomtown, Less Annoying CRM…yes, real name until we found a system that worked for us and how we wanted to operate our business.

Now, I’m not going to tell you what CRM is going to use…just because what I use works well for us and our team doesn’t mean its the right one for you and where you’re at in your business.

But if you’re serious about your real estate business…you want to grow you business, stay organized and in control you need a CRM system.

Once you’ve found the platform that works best for you make sure that you are adding to it daily - whatever it is that you’re doing to prospect for new business all goes in the CRM. Make it a habit.

So if you don’t a CRM…time to start looking and if you do and you’re not using well, it’s going to use itself best CRM, best drips, best automation, best tracking still not going to substitute you actually getting there and working the business.

I hope you found this valuable, stay tuned for our next video and if you haven’t joined our page, head over to Build a Real Estate Machine and like the page.

Have an awesome day!
