Leads, prospects, clients don’t return my phone calls...

they don’t text me back...

and don’t respond to emails…

That's how consumer acts…. don’t get frustrated

You probably do it too!

Agents will say I spoke to them once call them 10 more times, sent 5 texts, 3 emails…they open them, no response…they’re not serious…

I’m done here and they’ll stop following up

Well, news flash, connecting with them about buying or selling real estate is not the most important thing in their lives until it’s the most important thing in their lives‼️

Just because they don’t answer once or don’t answer a lot doesn’t mean they aren’t serious.

Every single person has the same station playing in their head WIFM - What’s In It For ME

If there’s no value for them answering you right… now they might not - that’s ok I’d rather have them answer 1 out every 10 than get the person that answers all the time and tries to hook you into a 35 minute conversation about what they’re going to name their next cat.

People aren’t going to answer your calls they’re not going to call you back, they’re not going to text you back they’re not going to open your emails, they’re going to read them and not respond…

Don’t get offended, don’t get mad!

This is sales and if you can’t get over that you’re probably going to have a hard time.

If you’re following up with a prospect, online lead, someone that put their hand up, filled out a form…

That person might not be doing something right now… but if you’re in this for the marathon then you don’t just need RIGHT NOW business… you need 3 months from now business and next year business…

and that person that said they are never moving - turns out their company is relocating them

You’re not going to get everyone no matter how hard you try…

how good you are on the phone…

how good your drips are, text templates…just not going to happen...

but that person you gave up on because they didn’t answer on the 5th try…

you’re going to find out 6 months from now they made a move and it wasn’t with you
