Well, You waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect look or the perfect way you sound is impeding the progress of you moving forward in your business

Here’s the thing - if you are trying to grow your business, if you do want to get better then you’re going to do things today or tomorrow or whenever that you look back on and say… shit, I could have done that better, I could have said that better, I could have looked better… you may send out 10,000 postcards and get crap responses…yup, it happens

You’re going to put out a real estate video that’s gets low views or you get that wing nut that’s having a bad day, comments on your post because they want to share how they’re feeling…

Trying things and doing things and even failing is going to help you in the long run… my calling prospects with an unperfected script is going to out perform your no calls because you’re reaching for perfection…

my unperfected marketing is going to out perform your nonexistent marketing because you’re waiting till its perfect…

My video on my phone, sounds not perfect, lightings not right is going to out perform your no video…

When we bring agents on to the team, we show them how we do things We have onboarding training, we give them our playbook, we walk them through it, here are scripts, here are best practices, here’s what to do and what not to do…

but we also say, look part of this is throwing you in the fire and we’re going to see what comes out…

We’re going to put you in front of opportunity because that’s our commitment and by doing the work and actually working in the business you’re going to figure it out and we’re going to be there for support along the way…

it doesn’t have to be perfect because it never will be… don’t let the pursuit of perfection stop your from taking action…
